Interpretation

For Kabul Tower control zone operations, arriving traffic must contact Tower on 125.4 MHz no closer than 30 NM from the control zone and provide call sign, aircraft type, departure aerodrome, position (radial, DME, and flight level), and intended approach type (IFR: ILS/RNAV/VOR/visual or VFR: downwind/base/final/straight-in).
