The ILS or LOC Z RWY 17L instrument approach procedure is changed. S-ILS 17L minima are: categories A and B, 1777-800 m, 200 (200-800 m); category C, 1784-800 m, 207 (200-800 m); category D, 1794-800 m, 217 (200-800 m); and category E, 1814-800 m, 237 (200-800 m). Circling is not authorized. The MSA is 9,000 ft within 25 NM of PSA, and the emergency safe altitude is 9,000 ft within 100 NM.
