Interpretation

The ILS or localizer runway 08 instrument approach is changed. GHI DME is not authorized at the SITIN missed approach point; I-GHU DME remains available. DANEL IF at GHI 10 DME or I-GHU 9.3 DME has a 4,100-foot minimum altitude. Revised S-LOC 08 and circling minima apply, with S-LOC visibility increased to 2,400 metres when the approach lighting system is inoperative. The missed approach is to climb to 5,000 feet; upon crossing 2,220 feet, turn left to intercept GHI radial 081 to JULEZ at GHI radial 081/15 DME and hold, then expect radar vectors after establishing in the hold. The GHI 25 NM MSA from 360 to 090 degrees is 4,300 feet.
