Interpretation

The ILS or LOC RWY 26 instrument approach procedure is changed. Minima are revised for S-ILS 26, S-LOC 26, and circling approaches; when the ALS is inoperative, S-LOC 26 visibility increases to 1900 m for categories A–C and 2000 m for categories D–E. The GHI 25 NM MSA for the 360°–090° sector is 4300.
