Interpretation

The VOR or TACAN RWY 31 instrument approach procedure is changed. At AGABB IAF, GHI R-090/22 DME, the mandatory crossing and holding altitude is 14,000. Delete the 5000 minimum altitude between AGABB and BSHAR at GHI R-090/15 DME. The minimum altitude between ATTAH IAF at GHI R-125/15 DME and NAMRR IF at GHI 12 DME is 4700. Circling minima are revised, and the GHI 25 NM MSA for the 360°–090° sector is 4300.
