Interpretation

The TACAN RWY 08 instrument approach procedure is changed. JULEZ (IAF) has a mandatory minimum altitude of 3600 ft, holding prior to JULEZ (IAF) and JULEZ missed approach holding require 3600 ft, and the missed approach is climb to 3600 ft, turn right, intercept GHI R-081 outbound to JULEZ and hold. MAYHR (FAF) is on GHI R-226/5.2 DME to threshold at a 2.97° descent angle, and BUTRS is on GHI R-226/2 DME at 0.9 NM to threshold. Minima are increased when ALS is inoperative, and circling minima are revised as listed. MSA for GHI within 25 NM is 4300 ft from 360° to 090°.
