Interpretation

Due to high density traffic in Muscat FIR concentrated over points RASKI and PARAR, traffic destined for VABB, RPLL and VGHS is not permitted to route via point RASKI, and traffic destined for WSSS, VTSP and VTBS is not permitted to route via points RASKI and PARAR.
