Interpretation

During CAT II/III low visibility operations, Code D and higher aircraft must not be held at holding points E1, E2, F, G, N1, N, M, K, L, and H due to obstacle free zone infringement risk, and instead shall be held on Taxiway Z or Taxiway D short of those taxiways as coordinated with ATC.
