Interpretation

RNAV (GPS) RWY 16L instrument approach procedure changed: LNAV MDA* is CAT AB 620/1200M 491 (500-1200M) and CAT CDE 620-2100M 491 (500-2100M). When the ALS is inoperative, increase CAT AB RVR/VIS to 1600M and CAT CDE visibility to 2300M. Circling CAT AB minima changed to 620/1600M 488 (500-1600M).
