Interpretation

The RNAV (GPS) approach to runway 16L has changed LNAV minimum descent altitude and visibility minima: categories A and B, 620 ft and 1200 m; categories C through E, 620 ft and 2100 m. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, the required visibility increases to 1600 m for categories A and B and 2300 m for categories C through E. Circling minima for categories A and B are 620 ft and 1600 m.
