Interpretation

In the event of GNSS interference and aircraft unable to fly the RNP SID from OTHH, ATC may issue alternate departure instructions: RWY 34L and RWY 16R maintain runway track and climb to 3000 ft, then expect to rejoin the assigned SID or FPL route via the exit point. Pilots shall advise ATC when able to resume navigation using RNAV/RNP.
