Interpretation
Temporary WAKRAH 1 (WA1) radar departure established for runway 16R. After departure, track the extended runway centreline at 156° magnetic and climb to 3,000 ft; Doha Radar instructs further climb and vectors. Clearance is required before navigating to a waypoint. Once cleared to resume own navigation or proceed direct to a waypoint, follow the remaining waypoint sequence to the filed exit point, then the flight-planned route. Exit-point variants serve TULUB, LUBET, ALVEN, VAXIN, ALSEM, KUPRO, BUNDU, DATRI and ULIKA. Radio-communication-failure instructions specify maintaining the higher of the initial altitude or last assigned and acknowledged level, leaving it after the prescribed three-minute interval, then climbing to the flight-planned level and proceeding to the first en-route point.
