Base operations are experiencing limited services for flight crews and aviators due to minimum staffing. Flight plans must be filed via ForeFlight and verified by phone. Emergency responses will be diminished, and there will be minimal action regarding wildlife observations. No escorting services are available, and a 24-hour notice is required for NOTAM publications from Monday to Friday between 1730 and 0100.
