Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure for ASR RWY 23R is amended, increasing minima to CAT AB 800/40 671 (700-3/4) and CAT CDE 800-1 3/4 671 (700-1 3/4); when ALS is inoperative increase CAT AB RVR to 55 and VIS to 1 mile, and CAT CDE VIS to 1 7/8 miles; circling minima increased to CAT A 800-1 657 (700-1).
