Interpretation

Runway 04/22 is under work in progress for concreting of pavement for PAPI lights approximately 40 meters from the runway centerline. Caution is advised during landing and takeoff due to the presence of men and equipment. Work is scheduled from Monday to Saturday between 0000-0900 and 1600-2200.
