Interpretation

The temporary bidirectional runway-crossing procedure for towing aircraft published in SUP 12/24 is suspended. For bidirectional use of runway 16L/34R, towing aircraft and vehicles crossing between taxiways A and L or between taxiways F and L7 must hold short of the CAT I markings/signs, await ATC instructions, and cross the CAT I marking before reporting the runway vacated.
