Interpretation

The minimum applicable takeoff ceiling and visibility for aircraft with two or more engines shall be the minimum expected for the published instrument approach procedure for the runway in use, but not less than 550 m RVR visibility and 200 ft ceiling. Takeoffs with RVR values lower than 550 m or ceiling values lower than 200 ft are not authorized.
