Interpretation

All general aviation aircraft must conduct departures and arrivals at the airport by the general aviation apron in front of the tower due to security measures, including rotary-wing aircraft. The activation of flight plans for the aeroclub apron is prohibited. This restriction is in effect daily from 2200 to 0359.
