Interpretation

Due to staff shortage, the MARTINIQUE control zone (CTR) is deactivated and ATS is closed daily from 0230 to 1030. Within the limits of the CTR and for arrivals/departures at TFFF, air-to-air information is available in French only on 118.500 MHz. Pilots unable to comply should avoid the MARTINIQUE CTR. The ATS closure may be postponed until 0400 with prior request at +596696936075. Closure will be announced on TFFF ATIS 127.850 MHz and known from PIARCO ACC 123.700 MHz.
