Interpretation

The Instrument Landing System (ILS) Minima for RWY 11 at TNCA has been updated. Specific minima are changed for CAT CBCD to 280-1200M and S-LOC 11 to 560-1200M. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, visibility minimums are increased to 1300M for S-ILS, and for S-LOC 1600M and 2500M for different categories.
