Interpretation

Aerodrome BASH Phase II is in effect from 1 October to 31 January. Aircraft will not be scheduled to arrive or depart within one hour before or after sunrise or sunset. If bird watch condition (BWC) is low, arrivals scheduled outside the window but pushed into it may make one full-stop landing without a waiver, and departures delayed into the window may depart without a waiver. If BWC is moderate or severe, aircraft must contact Iguana Ops for 429 EOS/CC waiver approval, except emergency, life flight/medevac, non-contracted civilian, and foreign aircraft, which may operate without a waiver with caution and at their own risk.
