Interpretation

The instrument approach procedure for RNP runway 08 has been amended due to the displaced threshold. The LNAV minimum descent altitude (MDA) minima and minimum remarks have been updated. For category AB, the visibility is now 3400 meters when the ALS is inoperative, and for category CD, the visibility is also 3400 meters. RVR is not applicable.
