Interpretation

Helicopter VFR takeoff/landing by day is from/to aircraft stands 7, 19, 20 and taxiway F. By night, helicopters shall take off from/land on the runway. From stands 7, 19, 20 and taxiway F, helicopter operations are allowed only if mass permits maneuvering out of ground effect. Helicopter takeoff/landing from/to stands 7, 19, 20 and taxiway F is prohibited within the sector between magnetic azimuths 360–130 degrees. Helicopter takeoff/landing from runway 02 extremity is prohibited within the sector between magnetic azimuths 060–130 degrees.
