Interpretation

Due to repair work at the beginning of runway 30, threshold 30 is displaced 360 m toward the aerodrome reference point. Construction equipment up to 4 m high operates on the closed runway segment and is removed during takeoff and landing. The operational runway is 2800 × 60 m, with a 150 × 60 m paved segment before the displaced threshold. Turning at the taxiway A junction is prohibited; turns are permitted only within the runway width. The displaced threshold is marked by day. Runway 30 lights support takeoff only; approach and crossbar lights are off. The ILS is unserviceable. Runway 12 is available for takeoff and landing by day and night without limitations, with TORA, TODA, ASDA and LDA of 2800 m. Runway 30 is available for takeoff by day and night without limitations, but landing is permitted only by day when touchdown-zone RVR is at least 2000 m. Its TORA, TODA and LDA are 2800 m, and ASDA is 2875 m. Runway 30 approaches listed are VFR and NDB (LOM); the notice specifies glide-path interception at 3300 ft/(520 m), 11.64 km by BRT DME 113.6, with LOM crossing at 2360 ft/(230 m) and LMM crossing at 1900 ft/(90 m).
