Interpretation

Aerodrome operating hours and rescue and firefighting service availability are changed. During normal operating hours, 0000-1200, firefighting category 7 is provided; outside operating hours, category 4 is provided with the possibility of increasing to category 7. Operating-hour extensions require prior permission at least 48 hours in advance, and approved requests may be cancelled no later than 3 hours before closure. Outside operating hours, the aerodrome may be used as an alternate upon an airline request under a ground-handling agreement with Bratsk aerodrome (UIBB). Daily operating hours are extended 1200-1600 for Insight Aero Ltd. arrivals and departures with firefighting category 1, and 2300-2359 for S7 Airlines flight SBI5215, EMB-170 arrival, with category 6. On August 12 only, the aerodrome operates 0000-0559 with category 7, then is closed 0600-1159 to all aircraft arrivals and departures and is unavailable as an alternate, except for helicopters, due to concrete-laying equipment on a closed runway segment. Helicopter takeoffs and landings are available during daylight with a minimum obstacle-clearance altitude of 50 m over the work area. On August 12, hours may also be extended 1200-1359 for departure of UTair flight UTA9046, with takeoff available only from runway 30, and 2300-2359 for arrival of S7 Airlines flight SBI5215, with firefighting category 6 provided.
