Interpretation
Aerodrome operating hours and availability are changed. Fire-fighting category 7 is provided daily from 0000 to 1200; outside operating hours, category 4 is provided with the possibility of increasing to category 7. Airlines may request an operating-hours extension at least 48 hours in advance. Outside operating hours, the aerodrome may be used as an alternate upon airline request under a ground-handling agreement with Bratsk Airport. Approved requests may be cancelled no later than three hours before aerodrome closure. Daily hours are extended from 1200 to 1600 for Insight Aero Ltd arrivals and departures with fire-fighting category 1, and from 2300 to 2359 for S7 Airlines flight SBI 5215, EMB-170, with category 6. On September 6, the aerodrome operates from 0000 to 0559 with category 7. It is closed from 0600 to 1059 and 1300 to 1959 for all fixed-wing arrivals, departures, and alternate use due to concrete-laying equipment on the closed runway portion; helicopters may operate during daylight with a minimum obstacle clearance of 50 m from the construction area. From 1100 to 1259, it opens only for departure of Tulparair flight RFE 7752 from the usable runway portion; construction equipment up to 2.6 m high will be on the closed portion, with work fully stopped and personnel clear of the runway for departure, and category 6 provided. Hours are also extended from 2000 to 2259 for arrival of Aviastarty flight TUP 9657 and from 2300 to 2359 for arrival of S7 Airlines flight SBI 5215, EMB-170, with category 6 provided.
