Interpretation

Runway works impose the following restrictions: runway 30 threshold is displaced 360 m toward the ARP, with construction equipment up to 4 m high operating on the closed segment and removed during takeoff and landing. Operational runway dimensions are 2,800 m by 60 m, and a strengthened 150 m by 60 m strip segment is before threshold 30. Turning at the taxiway A junction is prohibited; aircraft must turn within the runway width. Displaced-threshold daytime markings are provided. Runway 30 lights are available for takeoff only, while the approach and crossbar lights are switched off. The ILS is unserviceable. Runway 12 is available H24 for unrestricted takeoff and landing, with TORA, TODA, ASDA and LDA of 2,800 m. Runway 30 is available H24 for unrestricted takeoff, but landing is permitted only during daytime when visibility at the first position is at least 2,000 m; its TORA, TODA and LDA are 2,800 m and ASDA is 2,875 m. Runway 30 approaches are limited to VFR, visual and NDB (LOM) approaches, with glide-path interception at 3,300 ft (520 m) at 11.64 km DME from BRT 113.6, crossing the LOM at 2,360 ft (230 m) and LMM at 1,900 ft (90 m).
