Interpretation

By decision of the Government of Ukraine, Ukrainian operators and aircraft registered in Ukraine are prohibited from conducting any flights within the airspace of the Republic of Belarus, and aircraft registered in the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian aircraft operators are prohibited from conducting any flights within the airspace of Ukraine.
