Interpretation

AIP Russia Amendment 04/26, effective 16 Apr 2026, updates UMKK page AD 2.1 UMKK-73: for SID RWY 06, crossing levels at NEDRA and NIFAL are changed to FL170 or above, and at RUTAM and URAMA to FL160 or above, replacing the previously published values.
