Interpretation

To provide flight safety within the URML AD area during the period of flight restrictions in Rostov-na-Donu FIR, departure distribution via ATS route using point TUVGI will be performed by the ATS unit on an operational basis considering runway in use: aircraft departing runway 14 shall use BALIP DCT ITAKA DCT TUVGI, and aircraft departing runway 32 shall use AMKOL DCT TUVGI.
