Interpretation

Apron and Taxiways C and M are under reconstruction, causing apron/stand procedural restrictions: MI-8 and below class helicopters must be towed when taxiing into/out of stands 6–12, 14, and 16; engine start/stop permitted only at designated start-up points; when engine start is in progress at start-up point 3, towing from stands 4–6 to start-up point 2 is prohibited and vice versa. Stand 1A is limited to aircraft with wingspan not exceeding 29 m. New stands 14A and 16A are commissioned with PCN 46/F/D/X/T and require tow-in/tow-out.
