Interpretation

The Minimum Safe Altitude (MSA) for the aerodrome is computed at 3100 feet for a surface air temperature of -40.9 degrees Celsius, within the aerodrome area and a circle radius not exceeding 46 kilometers from the Aerodrome Reference Point (ARP). This replaces the previously published information.
