Interpretation

AIP page AD 2.1 USTR-13, section AD 2.22 Flight Procedures, item 1 Procedures for IFR flights, general, is updated with information that braking action is broadcast in ATIS reports by the ATS unit as estimated surface friction, and measured friction coefficient is provided by SFT on aircraft crew request. Crew shall use the tables in AIP page AD 1.2-2 item 2.5 for interpreting the reported friction coefficient.
