Interpretation

Due to the 81st anniversary of Victory celebration, parking of aircraft carrying out special and charter flights, including business aviation flights, is restricted to 1 hour, except for VIP flights and flights for their support. Operators planning special and charter flights during the indicated period must obtain a time slot from the aerodrome operator before submitting the flight plan, and also in case of aircraft departure delay. Flight crews should account for possible long delays in holding areas and further departure to the alternate, as well as delays of departing aircraft due to high workload at the aerodrome. A new time slot must be obtained from the airport operator if arrival or departure time changes, or if departure is delayed by 30 minutes or more.
