Aerodrome operating hours for other government agencies, including aircraft assisting in emergencies and aircraft operating under one-time permission of the Federal Air Transport Agency, are as published in AIP Russia. Arrivals and departures for aircraft assisting in emergencies and aircraft operating under one-time permission of the Federal Air Transport Agency outside operating hours are available strictly by coordination with aerodrome administration. Outside the experimental flight schedule, the aerodrome ATS unit provides FIS within Ramenskoye aerodrome area from ground to 450 m/1500 ft AMSL. Aerodrome control service available on request.
