Interpretation

The stop bar lights are unserviceable on runway 01/19 before runway 06/24 intersection and on taxiway M2. When runway 01/19 is in use and the runway visual range (RVR) is less than 350 meters, aircraft taxiing must be conducted with the assistance of a follow-me car.
