Interpretation

Aircraft shall not hold on any taxiway links during taxi; if unable due to exigency, inform the controller immediately. Pilots are to exercise caution when taxiing on taxiway links C1 and C4 at the crossings with TWY Y1 and TWY B1, in both directions.
