Taxiway L and the junction of runway 01R with taxiway C are available for operations. In case of urgent requirements, 30 minutes prior notice is required for availability of runway 19L/01R. Pilots are to exercise caution due to men and material confined to the worksite. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday 0530-1030.
