Interpretation

Runway 07/25 is not available due to work in progress. Runway 12/30 is available for operations. Maintenance work on the intersection portion of the runway will be carried out between 0830 UTC and 0930 UTC. From 0830 UTC to 0930 UTC, runway 30 will be available only for departures from taxiway R3 intersection, and arrivals on runway 30 are not permitted. In case of emergencies or requirements, the full length of runway 30 will be made available within 15 minutes.
