Interpretation

Runway 05/23 is not available for fixed-wing aircraft operations except for taxiing. The section of runway between S3 and S4 is available for aircraft taxi and helicopter operations. Taxi links L1, L2, and the newly constructed portion between L1 and L2 are available for taxi and helicopter operations. Construction work is ongoing in the overrun area of runway 05 and the PTT between S1 and S2.
