Interpretation

Trees exceeding 230 ft AMSL located between 0.6 NM and 1.0 NM north of RWY 20 threshold, along the extended runway centreline to 300 m west of the extended centreline, penetrate the RWY 02 take-off climb surface and RWY 20 approach surface. RWY 02 TODA is reduced by 152.4 m to 3931.9 m. RWY 02 departures require a 5 percent climb gradient until passing 300 ft. RWY 02 RNP approaches, RWY 20 RNP approaches, and RWY 20 VOR/DME approaches are not allowed.
