Interpretation

The IPS ILS/DME Runway 20 instrument approach procedure is limited. Change the S-ILS minima to 465-1100 m, 400 (400-1100 m). When the ALS is inoperative, increase visibility to 1500 m for Categories A and B and 1800 m for Categories C and D.
