Interpretation

Due to runway centerline lights being unserviceable, minimum requirements for approach procedures for RWY16 have been updated. For RNP ILS/DME Z RWY16 and ILS/DME Y RWY16, the minimum RVR/VIS is now set to 800/800 meters for categories A, B, C, and D. Head-up display (HUD), autopilot (AP), and flight director (FD) are not affected.
