Trial operation of lights for the taxiway area and a new runway located 291–473 m east of RWY 04/22 centerline, spanning from 596 m south of RWY 04 threshold to 4,923 m north of RWY 04 threshold, will occur from 1830–2230 on Sep 30; Oct 01, 02, 04, 05, 07, 08, 09, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19.
