Interpretation

Airport operational limitations: Aircraft landing on RWY 04R must not turn right to vacate the runway without ATC clearance. Aircraft landing on RWY 22L must not turn left to vacate without ATC clearance. For RWY 22L, vacate via TWY B5 with prior notification to TWR before landing. For RWY 22L using TWY B7, turn right to join TWY U and hold short of TWY C.
