Interpretation

The airport visual approach is regularly operational under specific weather conditions, including a ceiling of at least 1,000 meters and visibility greater than 5 kilometers. If conditions are below these requirements but the pilot can complete the visual approach, ATC clearance is required. Pilots will be informed of available approach methods via ATIS when conditions are met, and visual approaches must be approved by both the pilot and ATC.
