Recently Expired NOTAMs: Keep the Last 24 Hours in View
6/8/2026
Sometimes the NOTAM that just disappeared from the active list is still useful context.
Airport NOTAM pages in Notamify now include a Recently expired section. It keeps notices that expired in the last 24 hours close to the active list, so you can quickly understand what changed at an airport without mixing old items into the main operational view.

The section is collapsed by default and appears only when there are recently expired notices for the airport. When present, the page summary links directly to it, so you can jump from the active NOTAM count to the expired context in one click.
This is especially useful during handovers, repeated airport checks, and fast-moving operational periods. A taxiway closure, aerodrome closure, or procedure restriction may no longer be active, but knowing that it expired minutes or hours ago can explain what changed between two reviews.
Recently expired NOTAMs use the same structured labels as the main list, but without save controls. The goal is simple: preserve short-term context while keeping the active list clean.
