LOT Polish Airlines Deploys Notamify for Real-Time NOTAM Monitoring
1/8/2026
LOT Polish Airlines now uses Notamify Operating System for airport NOTAM monitoring across their network.
What LOT deployed
Dashboards: NOTAMs sorted by importance, filtered by category, with map visualization for geographic restrictions.
Email Alerts: automated notifications via the Watcher system when operationally significant NOTAMs hit: runway closures, approach changes, lighting outages. Configurable by airport, category, and affected elements.
Under 3 minutes
From NOTAM publication to email delivery: under 3 minutes.
Our streaming pipeline processes NOTAMs as they're published rather than polling on intervals. Parse, categorize, evaluate against Watcher rules, dispatch — total processing time ~30 seconds. Email delivery adds 1-2 minutes.
Why it matters
A runway closure published at 14:00 shouldn't wait until the 16:00 briefing cycle. With real-time alerts, dispatch knows immediately and can notify crews via ACARS before it becomes a last-minute ATC instruction.
The Watcher filters aggressively — LOT receives ~15-20 alerts daily from thousands of published NOTAMs. Only what's operationally significant triggers a notification. Everything else stays in dashboards for periodic review.
