Interpretation

The instrument approach procedure for RNP Y runway 07C has been amended. The LNAV minimum descent altitude for categories A, B, C, and D is now 820 feet with a visibility requirement of 1500 meters. Additionally, when the ALS is inoperative, the visibility must be increased to 2300 meters, and RVR is not applicable.
