Interpretation

At EDDF, the runway incursion alerting system (RIAS) is suspended. Under CAT I conditions, clearances will be issued to the CAT I holding positions on taxiways M6, M8, and M30. A runway incursion monitoring system is implemented within the ATC ground radar system.
